For the vast majority of business networks, yes. UniFi delivers enterprise-grade Wi-Fi, switching, routing, VPN and a genuinely excellent management interface. Meraki has strengths in very large, highly distributed estates, and we're vendor-independent, so if Meraki is genuinely the better fit for you we'll say so. But for most SMEs and mid-market organisations, UniFi does the job for a fraction of the lifetime cost.
